Monarch Residential work in progress
Monarch Residences Toowong Wayfinding & Signage

Monarch Residences is a coveted and elevated riverfront address, located in Toowong, comprising two apartment towers, sitting within more than 3 acres of landscaped gardens that includes a riverfront park, cycle path and the contemporary restoration of the historic Middenbury House. Goldi is working closely with the client, Consolidated Property Group, to build on the strong brand for the site and create a cohesive experience for the residents, visitors and public, while fulfilling critical wayfinding functions that signage can provide.

Bankside, West End

Bankside is located at Bailey Street West End and is a boutique 78 Apartment development by Stockwell Group.
The objective is to implement a simple and high functioning wayfinding signage suite that complements the development’s architectural design aesthetic and location just 200m to the river and 3kms to the CBD.

Hof is a collection of 90 apartments across three buildings, nestled in a private and leafy pocket of Noosaville, carefully designed to capture the light, breeze and natural beauty of the surrounding hinterland. Goldi is working with Stockwell Development Group to implement a simple and high functioning wayfinding signage suite inspired by the timeless coastal style of the architecture and location. Signage combines soothing neutral colours and minimal design with quality robust materials to ensure a long life span within the coastal environment.

QUAMPI
QUAMPI | Brand Strategy, Identity,  Wayfinding & Signage

QUAMPI is both a destination and a cultural ambition. It is a way for the Quandamooka people to speak to the world through their artistic excellence.

The QUAMPI Arts and Culture Centre will include exhibition, event and performing spaces, as well as a cafe and gift shop.

 Goldi worked with key stakeholders to develop the brand strategy and identity and integrate the brand into wayfinding signage to complement the architecture. The name and identity reference the culturally significant Quampi– a local pearl shell of oysters and favoured food of Quandamooka people for thousands of years. This connection brings together past, present and future and signifies growth, community, culture, and possibilities.

Griffith University Logan Campus
Wayfinding & Signage

The project stems from an identified need to review and address disability access, including compliance issues, currently associated with the existing building stock across Griffith’s campuses. 

The focus of this project is external areas at Logan Campus specifically to accessible carparking, accessways, ramps and stairs connecting different buildings on campus. The project is in collaboration with a lead landscape architect for implementation of a schedule of identified works in need of rectification.

With Broad Construction for Honeycombes Property Group

A vibrant mixed-use Transit Orientated Design precinct adjacent Ferny Grove Station including a supermarket, cinema, childcare, gym, retail and apartments.

The development also provides for a large number of commuter carparks to services train and bus patrons. Goldi is working in conjunction with stakeholders to meet all requirements, while delivering a high standard of design and contributing to the vibrancy of this community node.
